Something New

Last Wednesday was House Music at PHC. Basically, it's a music competition between the 3 houses; York, Windsor and Gloucester. I'm in Gloucester (: We're Yellow and the others are Blue and Red respectively.

The night consisted of 3 soloists from each house, then each hose would sing their song. Guess who won House choir?  GLOUCESTER WON. It was totally unexpected. I thought that we would actually come last. York and Windsor put in so much effort preparing for their song, making it so much more visually and vocally interesting. I'm still very happy that we won though (:

The next night, we had a dance trip down to London to watch Flashmob. It is a dance performance with a fusion of latin, tap, contemporary, b-boy, hip hop and street jazz. It was SUCH an amazing performance. 

Good Days

On the 6th, it was Open Day here at PHC. Basically, it's the same thing as Open House in NH. I was in charged of the Cupcake Counter! That meant decorating cupcakes funnnnn.

And this is our lovely housemistress.♥

On the 11th, Sixth Form had this Ultimate Frisbee game against some of the teachers. The theme for Sixth Formers was "PJs". So... A lot of us ended up wearing Onesies.

On the 13th, boarders had a trip to Madame Tussaud's! (:

First Exeat Weekend

The weekend was spent at my god parent's house! It was exeat weekend, meaning that everyone in the whole school had to leave school and find somewhere else to live because the school would be closed. Basically, it's just a break from school. Except there's not much difference, only for boarders because we practically live in PHC 24/7.

Anyway, left for my god parent's house straight after school ended. I was greeted by a lovely slice of strawberry sponge cake baked by my godmother ^^ It was so good! Spent the night doing nothing much, fooling around with my god brothers. They are such little dears♥

On Saturday, I spent 4 hours on my Dance essay! 3 full pages + a bit baby. The longest essay I've ever written. But I felt so accomplished after I had completed it (: In the late afternoon, I baked sugar cookies! It turned out so good and they were all gone by the next morning. Hah (:

Sunday we went to view a house that my god parents were interested in buying. It had a hugeeeeeee garden. You could literally build another house on it!

Went to this Chinese restaurant and had buffet!
